The game’s agreement screen offers a choice to leave without covered play. You can still read the agreement and access support. Declining does not remove your legal rights.

What the agreement draft promises.

Section 8 of the current draft promises a full app-purchase refund, including applicable taxes, when a purchaser declines before active gameplay after buying without having seen the agreement. It also addresses a later expansion of the release when declining ends continuing access.

That draft promise requires a lawful, store-permitted process, which has not yet been finalized or activated. No website button or in-game support screen issues a refund automatically. The approved arrangement must be disclosed before purchases begin.
