INFORMATION / PRIVACY
YOUR DATA.
CLEAR CHOICES.
Beta applications, optional problem reports and planned game-agreement records serve different purposes.
Beta applications.
The beta form collects your email address and headset choice. New applications are recorded as player applications, with your email consent, to manage the beta and related updates. Applications are stored using Cloudflare; beta email is delivered through Resend. Application information is not sold.
Applying does not guarantee an invitation. Review the current adult-agreement eligibility and safety information before applying. You can withdraw your application by replying to a beta email or contacting the operator below.
Optional problem reports.
In-headset problem reports are sent only when you submit a report and agree to share diagnostics. They include your description, puck or ball and floor details, calibration and tracking measurements, and relevant game logs. They are stored privately on Cloudflare. Room camera images and audio recordings are not attached.
A description or log may still contain information you provide or device/session references. Avoid including unnecessary details about other people. Optional reporting is separate from accepting the player agreement.
Game-agreement records: planned for release.
The proposed acceptance flow asks for no player name and does not record your spoken warning. It uses a random player reference and records the express eligibility and agreement choice, agreement and screen versions, content hashes, app/build information and times.
A fresh Meta account proof is intended to authenticate the receipt request. The service derives an account/player scope for lookup. That scope and a random reference are pseudonymous identifiers, not anonymous data or proof of the actual wearer’s age. The receipt service is not publicly operational yet.
The implementation stores encrypted acceptance evidence and the exact text accepted, and supports requesting a retained copy. Service setup, access controls, providers, retention/deletion periods, legal-hold handling, signing keys and the full privacy notice remain under review.
Camera access during gameplay.
Physical puck/ball tracking uses Quest headset camera access. That permission serves tracking; it is separate from the acceptance record. The agreement does not give permission to retain room images, audio or biometrics as consent evidence. Camera handling and platform disclosures must be confirmed before release.
Requests and choices.
You can decline the game agreement and leave without covered play. Contact support@puckarcade.com for beta withdrawal, questions about your information, or a copy of an applicable acceptance record. Do not send a room recording, identification document or unnecessary bystander details with an initial request.
Advertising or marketing permission is separate from accepting the safety agreement. Final access, correction, deletion, retention and jurisdiction-specific details will appear in the effective game privacy notice.
